Jan 1st - Happy New Year to all! Been a busy day for me. Did tons of housework which believe it or not burns calories!!! Between moving boxes and running back and forth - i did the equivalent of a mini workout. Plus walked a mile - not bad as it was a beautiful day.
Tomorrow its off to the gym for some true cardio. I hope to post pics next week. Goal is to lose 30 pounds by spring time. Don't know how many I will lose in 45 days but anything over 5lbs would be great.
