Went to the gym today and realized that everyone else thought the same thing - go to the gym on a gloomy Sunday! The gym was packed for a Sunday but was able to get a treadmill! Did 45 minutes on the treadmill but with out my ipod I couldn't get motivated to run so I changed up what I normally do. I decided that every minute I would raise the incline .5 and I would raise the speed by .1. I started at an incline of -3.0 and was at a 3.0 speed. I got up to a 10 incline and I have to say that my legs were burning!!! I had to adjust the speed down to a 3.0 as I was close to 4.1 and couldn't do it at that incline. I held the 10 incline for 5 minutes and then did it backwards increasing the speed while decrease the incline. Definetly got a good sweat!
Hope everyone is trying to stay with the 45 day program. Tomorrow is hiphop class!!! Time to burn 450+ calories plus!
