Tuesday WorkOut and the Biggest Loser begins

I went to the gym and did the Soul Grooves class which was a blast! For those that have never taken a dance jam, or hip hop class - you burn approximately 450lbs + depending on your intensity. I was going to stay and do the kickboxing class but I was done and my legs started shaking. So tomorrow I will be doing Strike Class at Lifetime and sticking around to do Yoga.

Now watching the Biggest Loser - watching these people and I realize how lucky I am to be able to control my eating and not morbidly overweight. These people give me inspiration to lose the weight I want. If they can do it - so can I.

Hope everyone else is keeping up with the 45 day workout.
